Survivors! Are you a kid and a cancer survivor?

Everyone has a place at Relay for Life. Kids 15 and younger are wanted to walk and raise funds too! We want you to walk. 2008 Relay Kids' Walk Registration Form	Mr. & Little Miss Relay Mr. & Little Miss Kids' Walk--the winner is the child/youth who raises the most money (to be donated to ACS). Monies can be turned in up to the Kids Walk--The winner will be crowned during the Kids Walk.
